Day 01: Drive to Dallol
Today you will drive from the highlands of Tigray Region down to the Danakil desert. This is considered the most active Volcano region in the world with temperatures of up to 50 °C.

Day 02: Sulfur Terraces of Dallol
In the morning excursion to Dallol salt Stemmer work under difficult conditions. The salt is removed with huge camel caravans. On the lake, nature has created bizarre shapes: sulfur terraces shine in different colors, salt crystals and rock towers make fantastic scenarios.

Day 03: Proceed to Erta Ale
After lunch you will proceed to Hamed Ela Erta Ale. Your off-road drive towards Erta Ale volcano starts in the afternoon. After you get in Dodom permission to climb the Erta Ale, once you reach at the top, you have enough time to observe the eruptions and glowing lava and you sparkle 1000 star of the desert sky.

Day 04: Return to Mekele
Along the road you will get the chance to observe Landscape and lifestyle of the afar people.
